C-66 Series Printing Ink

Carpoly C-66 printing ink series is a product developed for all kind of locomotive use and outdoor paster. It is single component solvent ink and dried by volatilizations. It is high class printing ink with excellent compatibility to all kind of glazed varnish, and has the characteristics of good flexibility, strong aging resistance, rich color, super strong oil and alcohol resistance etc.

1竊�/span>             Application scope: paster for cars, motorbikes, racing cars etc, and also soft PVC sheets, transparent films, and treated PET materials of the out door products such as air conditions, light boxes, advertising products.

2竊�/span>             Characteristics: C-66 ink series is screen printing ink. It has bright and sharp color, excellent aging resistance, high temperature resistance, good gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene and alcohol resistance, super strong adhesion, good printing applicability. It is easy for varnish brightening process of spraying, screen printing and roller coating so as to protect the surface.

4竊�/span>Usage:

a. In order to prevent from possible separation due to the application of the special agent in the printing ink, please fully mix the printing ink to uniformity before the application.

b. Before printing, it is necessary to clean the stains and dusts on the surface of the object.

c. Please choose one of the thinner ranged in fast, middle and low drying speed according to the actual working environment.

d. Please choose the prompt printing film stencil (77lines-140lines/cm) according to the expected print results.

5竊�/span>Precautions竊�/span>

a. Never mix this ink series with another ink series, or mix with other additive such as smooth flowing agent, defoamer agent and other agent, thus to avoid any problems of the coming up brightening process.

b. There might be some differences of the additives of the materials from different supplier of different batches. Please set the drying method and drying time according to special purposes to ensure the printed quality.

c. If the adherence is bad after the printing, or if the printing process is bad, it may highly be caused by the floating parts of the added plastic agent or other addictive on the surface of the plastic, or might be reason of static electricity. The suggestion is: clean with alcoholic or white gas.

d. The dosage of thinner is within range 20%-30%; this is fully decided by the dots number of the film stencil, environmental conditions and printing requirements.

e. Before and after using this ink series, please seal the ink container tightly and place it in cool area with good air-flowing so as to prevent from fire or high temperature.

f. The quality guarantee time for this series is 1 year from the date of the production. Please make sure again the performance of this product before application if it exceeds this guarantee period.
