C-34Y Series Printing Ink

Carpoly C-34Y series is single-component heating type printing ink with high-performance: good adhesion, strong physical and chemical resistance, high gloss，moisture and heat proof etc. This series is specially made for ornamental use under high temperature

1.                  Scope of application： Commonly used in common glass, tempered glass, ceramics, thermosetting plastic; electroplated coatings, hot coatings and PU coatings for the processing of industrial parts, label, faceplate, iron, copper, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet and stainless steel plate etc.    

2.                  Performance characteristics：C-34Y series printing ink is made from high quality resins with internal hardener materials, and additives etc. The best performance under dry conditions must be obtained by heating. It has excellent adhesion, strong impact resistance, good flexing resistance and chemical resistance.

4．Usage:                                                                                                    

a. In order to prevent from possible separation due to the application of the special agent in the printing ink, please fully mix the printing ink to uniformity before the application.

b. Before printing, it is necessary to clean the stains and dusts on the surface of the object.

c. Please choose one of the thinner ranged in fast, middle and low drying speed according to the actual working environment.

d. Please choose the prompt printing film stencil (100lines-150lines/cm) according to the expected print effect.

e. In order to reach the excellent printing results of tiny lines, patterns and characters, you can add some J-34Y-100 easy-congeal ointment, thus to avoid diffusion, burrs, and blurring of the print layers.

5．Notes：

a. The recommended heating temperature is 180°C，matching time is 10mins; or temperature of 160°C and matching time of 20mins; in order to avoid side-effect of the quality, a trial must be firstly conducted for any other different conditions. 

b. In the case of multilayer printing, the primary layer and middle layer could be solidified by 160°C?0mins and the last layer by 180°C?5mins so as to insure the quality.

c. The selection and dosage of thinner is fully decided by the dots number of the film stencil, environmental condition and printing requirements, it is about 20-30%.

d. Before and after using this ink series, please seal the ink container tightly and place it in cool area with good air-flowing so as to prevent from fire or high temperature.

e. The quality guarantee time for this series is 1 year from the date of the production. Please make sure again the performance of this product before application if it exceeds this guarantee period.
