C-68 Series Printing Ink

Carpoly C-68 is double components interacting high performance printing ink. It has good adhesion, wide applicability, and excellent physical and chemical resistance of the dried film, high gloss, excellent out door aging resistance.

1．   Application scope: Treated or untreated PP, PE, PVC, ABS, metal, glass, plated coatings, baked    lacquer coatings, PU coatings and other materials that is difficult in adhering.

2．   Characteristics: C-68 ink series has good adhesion to all kind of materials. It brings good coating function even under low temperature and high temperature drying, has excellent printing applicability, and you can get fine lines with it.

3．   Usage：

a. Because C-68 ink series is double components interacting ink, so it is a must to add the hardener and mix it fully before you use it. The proportion is listed below:

C-68 colored inks:   printing ink: hardener=100:10

C-68 white color ink: printing ink: hardener=100:8

Mixed printing ink must be used within 8 hours, otherwise can? be used again because of the hardening of the ink. Please mix the ink according to the actual quantity, so as to avoid any waste.

b. Please choose one of the thinner ranged in fast, middle and low drying speed according to the actual working environment. The dosage of thinner is within range 10%-20%; please adjust according to actual use requirements.

C. Suitable for: the printing of stencil 150-350T.

d. Drying/Hardening time

1) Under room temperature: 20-30mins for surface drying, and 8Hrs up for full drying.

2）Under 65°C temperature: 5-10mins for surface drying, and within 1Hr for full drying

Tested Printing Ink：C-68-K01（black） 783 solvent 15%thinner  Added 10% of c-68-900 hardener 

Printed on：1.3mm PP   

   Dried by Heat：65°C?5mins

   Test was done when the object was placed under room temperature for one week after the heat drying.
