C-33 Series Printing Ink

Carpoly C-33 series ink is double components high class printing ink developed for the requirements of surface protecting or special decorations under the condition that heating is not available or not being convenient for high temperature treatment.

1.      Scope of application：Common metals, alloy, glass products, thermosetting plastic, electro coatings, all types of hardening coating surface of advertise board, faceplate. 

2.      Performance characteristics：Carpoly C-33 series printing ink is double components ink which that can only be hardening reacted with certain proportion of the major agent and the hardener. It can be dried naturally or by heat. The hardened film layer has excellent adhesion, good impact and bending resistance, and good chemical resistance.

4．Usage:                                                                                                    

a. In order to prevent from possible separation due to the application of the special agent in the printing ink, please fully mix the printing ink to uniformity before the application.

b. Before printing, it is necessary to clean the stains and dusts on the surface of the object.

c. Please choose one of the thinner ranged in fast, middle and low drying speed according to the actual working environment.

d. Please choose the prompt printing film stencil (100lines-150lines/cm) according to the expected print results.

e. In order to reach the excellent print results of tiny lines, patterns and characters, you can add some J-33-100 easy-congeal ointment, thus to avoid diffusion, burrs, and blurring of the printed layer.

5.      Precautions:

a. Certain portion of hardener must be added to this ink series for the forming of the film layer. There is difference in the proportion of different colors:

White color ink: major agent/hardener=10/0.8

Colored inks:   major agent/hardener=10/1

b. When applying this ink series, please mix with the proportion of the major agent and hardener, and mix it evenly. The best is to put 10 minutes curing firstly, and then add the thinner to reach the thickness of the print requirements.

c. Different drying methods require different hardening time, and the difference in hardening time is relatively big.  There is certain difference in the function of the film layer. Please set a best way according to your actual conditions.

d. In the case of multilayer printing, you can print the following layer when the surface of the primary and middle layer are dried, by the time the last layer is finished, we suggest you to harden it with heat.

e. The applicable time after adding the hardener is 6 hours under 25°C, the quality will be affected when it exceeds this time, and we suggest you to mix the quantity for using within 6 hours only.
