C-49N Series Printing Ink

Carpoly C-49N series are self-drying solvent printing ink竊�/span>which are specially developed for printing on treated or untreated PET films, sheet materials, self-adhesive papers竊�/span>PC��/span>PVC materials. Its advantages are excellent adhesion, good flexibility, good ethanol and gasoline resistance. Meanwhile, it can meet the requirements of fine printing for various kinds of pasters.  

1. Application scope竊�/span>generally used on treated or untreated PET��/span>PC��/span>PVC materials and all kinds of pasters such as film switches, labels and inscription boards. It can also be used for water-washing products of vacuum aluminizing coating layers, and engine applique which doesn? require spraying or brightening. 

2. Performance characteristics竊�/span>C-49N series is excellent for printing on the untreated PET materials which are hard to printing on. The adhesive ability is very strong, the printed film layer is lubricous and smooth, the color is bright, and it can meet the requirements of thermo-forming.

4竊�/span>Usage:

a. In order to prevent from possible separation due to the application of the special agent in the printing ink, please fully mix the printing ink to uniformity before the application.

b. Before printing, it is necessary to clean the stains and dusts on the surface of the object.

c. Please choose one of the thinner ranged in fast, middle and low drying speed according to the actual working environment.

d. Please choose the prompt printing film stencil (77lines-150lines/cm) according to the expected print results.

e. In order to reach the excellent printing results of tiny lines, patterns and characters, you can add some J-49N-100 easy-congeal ointment, thus to avoid diffusion, burrs, and blurring of the print layers.

5竊�/span>Notes竊�/span>

a. Please conduct a trial before printing to avoid quality failure causing from materials differences.

b. If the adherence is bad after the printing, or if the printing process is bad, it may highly be caused by the floating parts of the added plastic agent or other addictive on the surface of the plastic, or might be reason of static electricity. The suggestion is: clean with alcoholic or white gas.

c. The dosage of thinner is within range 20%-30%; this is fully decided by the dots number of the film stencil, environmental conditions and printing requirements.

d. Due to the differences of materials, there might be some differences in drying, please set the drying method and drying time according to special purposes to ensure the print quality.

e. Before and after using this ink series, please seal the ink container tightly and place it in cool area with good air-flowing so as to prevent from fire or high temperature.

f. The quality guarantee time for this series is 1 year from the date of the production. Please make sure again the performance of this product before application if it exceeds this guarantee period.
